This place has been horrible since we moved our home here in 2000. It has been through 3 different companies since we moved here. They raise the lot rent every chance they get. It is obvious this company wants rental income, not to make a hometown community, or "village." They do not enforce the rules, off leash dogs & cats runny wild. Now, we can't even have our company park in front of our homes for fear of being towed away! If you have a mobile home, move it on land!
