I currently own a 98 Honda Civic and have had zero problems with it other then normal wear and tear. I decided that due to Im going to have a child that it might be time for a new car so I went directly to the closest Honda Dealership, Rick Case. The sales guy David and most of the other employees were adequate at their job, besides the loan officer. I put a deposit on a fit and went thru the normal hoops. I was quoted 7-9% which I was conent with. I had a oppointment at 6:20, being in customer service I got there early. I waited approx. 30 mins past the 6:20 and he was still in a appointment with a special customer. He not once came out and introduced himself or appologized for the length of his current missed appointment. After roughly 40 mins (when he was finished with his special appointment, he came out said that he would be right with me and it would only be a 5 min meeting and proceeded to walk outside and talk on his cell phone. I waited another 15 mins, having other things to do I informed the salesman that I had another appointment and left. Upon leaving the parking lot I saw the loan officer getting off his cell phone and proceed to talk to one of the sales guy. I'm glad my deposit was not a significant amount due to I would not deal with a company that employeed a horrible customer service individual as that. I am currently purchasing a Mazda.
