I stumbled upon Lulu boutique recently in San Mateo. The owner is passionate and she has brought some more upscale lines to the store. The selections she has made so far are really fabulous. She has a unique collection of vintage jewelry as well some fun vintage dresses and jackets as well. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. I just purchased this amazing cream knit pullover. A++ I will definately check out Lulu whenever I pop into downtown San Mateo.
