great idea, poor delivery

great idea, poor delivery staff was overwhelmed by arriving moviegoers ordering drinks staff quickly became cranky movie goers: cool staff: attitude was told to arrive at 8 for an 8:30 film, at 8:45 questioned when it would start, informed it had a 9:00 show time.... so you might want to double, even triple check your show time, they don?t seem to communicate to well of course, you did have time to order more drinks my first (and last) time to BP, apparently you can run a tab and place an order that will be delivered to you during the film it was no big deal that ours was never delivered, film was entertaining enough? however, after movie went to pay tab, had been charged for the never delivered beverages real kicker is? when inquiring about a correction, I get a HUGE attitude, (What! you don?t pay for something you didn?t get! Can't you see this is an inconvenience to ME right now!) hey it was their mistake, which I was being totally cool about, it was so absurd it was funny...... The most important thing you need to know is Sound. horrendous the reverb was barely tolerable (similar to the current created when your mobile rings near your ipod, only constant, which during scenes that lack soundtrack or scenes containing dialog, could drive you nuts) if sound is important to you, this isn?t your gig seats were very comfortable Pros: comfortable seats Cons: poor sound
