We live in this place for more than five years. The clubroom policy is NOT resident friendly at all. Five years ago when we first moved in, we were told that if we wanted to use the room to host a party, we need to put $250 as deposit and as long as we restore the conditon of the room, we get the deposit back. This was a fair policy. Three years ago, this policy was changed into that the residents had to PAY $250 for hosting a party in the clubroom. Most recently, we had a terrible experience when my wife and I just had a cup of tea in the empty clubroom in an early afternoon during normal office hour. We were told to either leave the clubroom or pay to rent it for sitting there and having tea. Considering that this is the most expensive apartment complex in UTC, the residents should have full access to ALL the facilities FREE because we are paying so much.
