Horrible customer service, tint job maybe good, but not what I asked for 1/4/2007

My new car was tinted by them before I picked it up. I specifically asked my dealer (who contracted the service to them) if the dot matrix on the rear windshield could be covered up. He reassured me it would, and would be covered up if I had an issue.\r \r I allowed the tint to dry, made multiple visits to the tint shop and was not satisfied with the cop out answer that ""This is the best we can do."" It didnt' help that the tinter and owner of the shop spoke poor English and don't understand that I was unsatisifed with the work, wanted a refund, and have to have it removed. He kept saying ""You must have tint in Texas"" so on and so on. I agreed I want tint, but not from your shop if this is the best they could do. In the end, I'll try and talk with them on a comprise before I take it to my creditor.\r \r Ultimately, I'll be having this tint removed and redone at a more reputable tint shop. Advice to those buying new cars, DO NOT let the dealer contract the work for you! Any warranty work or in-house work is fine, but add-ons such as tint should be done by yourself with thorough research. I'm not a complainer, I rarely ever have issues with the various products I buy, but the service I got from the dealer (in regards to the tint), and the tint shop was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Pros: Tint seems fine overall, but not what I had asked for Cons: Not located in the best part of town, very messy shop inside and out, communication problems with staff more
