I had lunch with 3 friends yesterday and it was ok. I had sashimi (good) and a lunch bento with tempura, salmon, sumono (am I spelling that right? the cucumber salad) the potato salad. Eh.... good, but nothing to write home about. And we ordered a seaweed salad for the table. The color was really light green, it was really sugary and it was too opaque. Something was not right about it.\r
The portions were large but there are way too many good Sushi places in LA.
