Misdiagnosed problem resulting in a 6 week waiting period for a part that did not need (6 weeks without a washer). Multiple phone calls to arrange for a repairman who did not arrive on the day that was scheduled...another day waiting on the repairman. The icing on the cake...received bill for work not done.\r
