MY TUB WAS LEAKING BADLEY MY NEIGHBOR SAID TO CALL MARK 5 SPA REPAIR , ( after reading the other review I said I dont think so ) BUT HE CONVINCED ME SO I CALL, THE LADY ANSWERED WAS POLITE AND TOOK MY INFORMATION SET UP A DIAGNOSTIC DATE . THE MAN CAME OUT ,WAS ON TIME AND NICE ,WROTE DOWN ALL HE COULD FIND WRONG GIVING ME THE COST OF THE PART'S AND APROXAMATE LABOR CHG. RATED BY THE ONE HALF HOUR . he explainer he could only list what he seen, (no xray vision) and there might be more damage .but i had to start someware (I payed for my part's up front after all thay are my part's.) He returner on time started to work and was done faster then he estimated so I was billed only for time worked . he said to let glue dry and to fill tub later and if I had any problem's to just call . ( i felt good that i had phone support ) It was not needed . but I will call MARK 5 SPA REPAIR at 586-778-4589 to do my repairs . his shop even had my filter and chemicals i needed . ITONEY
