Their customer service is very very POOR and their popcorn is junk food quality. they just spend a lot of marketing $$$ to make us believe that it's ""gourmet""...wahtever that means. Oprah sold out. as some of your might have heard, they opened a location in NYC last month. I wouldn't bet on lines forming in front of their NYC penn station location. It has not been very well received in NYC (neither by the locals nor the tourists). People living in a sophisticated, urban city do not want midwestern, mass- market popcorn.
