I found a business in Knoxville TN that was for sale and called Larry Adkins of Fidelity Business Network who had this business listed. I gave Larry Adkins $10,000 for earnest money to hold until the business sold. The contract fell through and Larry Adkins refused to return my $10,000 earnest money. He stated that I violated the Non Disclosure Agreement. That is not true. He stole my money. I worked very hard and saved to try to buy this business only to have a con man to steal my life savings. Buyer beware, he will do the same to you.
