I called this establishment and spoke with Allen, who was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about my garage door problem. I scheduled an appointment to have it repaired, but Allen never showed up. I missed several hours of work as a result. I called and learned the Allen had called in sick, and no one else was coming to work on my door. They offered me no solution to the problem and were barely apologetic. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
