I have been a member of Nautilus for several years. Luther, the owner is one of the most caring, friendly and knowledgeable people I know when it comes to working out. The location is great, downtown Apex, and there is much more parking than it used to be. People who work out there are friendly and polite. Luther is always available for questions, small talk and advice when it comes to training.The gym hours accomodate most anyone's schedule. Waiting for a turn for equipment is rarely a problem. The rates are awesome. You'll be pleasantly surprised. There are also a few personal trainers you can inquire about. Family memberships are available.
