Delivery service is a joke.

Called to order a pizza, was told delivery guy wasn't in yet, do I still want to order? I said when can I expect my pizza, "one hour" he said. Says he'll call me in five minutes to confirm. Twenty minutes later, he calls. Says it will be an hour and a half, we say okay. Two hours later we call him. He then informs us that his delivery guy isn't coming in today - he didn't even have to courtesy to tell us that no pizza was coming. All this after they put a flyer on our door advertising free delivery. Yeah, it's free - we didn't pay for anything because no one came.
