I finally had a chance to try this Seattle classic - and now understand why it is consistently rated one of the city's top restaurants. We dropped in before going to the symphony (it is right across the street from Benaroya) and were seated immediately at the satay bar. I was extremely pleased with the service; our waiter was very aware of the time constraints of the symphony crowd, took our order promptly, and was attentive throughout the meal. The food was fantastic. When I return (which I definitely will) I will order the Seven Flavor Beef again - the mix of flavors was outstanding. Prawn satay is a good choice. Kung Pao Chicken = average. Price is reasonable. Atmosphere is spacious yet inviting.
