This company is one of the worst staffing services in Austin! They care very little about their employees and steel from them. My wife and I have worked for a number of staffing services in Austin. This is by far the most unprofessional and unorganized one! My wife worked for several different companies thru this service and they always had good things to say about her. She stopped working for about 2 years because we had a son. When she came back Office Team had a whole new staff. From the minute she got back in contact with this agency they were rude and unorganized. All the way from the receptionist to the recruiters. They had her come in to update her contact information then they loose her paper work and then make her come back to fill out the same stuff again without ever apologizing for the inconvenience. Then she fills out the info again and they don't update it in their system so her first paycheck gets sent to her old address and once again are rude to her. The final straw is when she starts working for another company and after the 3rd day is notified that her position has ended after she has left for the day. She doesn't get to fill out her timecard and relies on Office team to fill it out. A week later she receives a check for 21.5 hours. Knowing that she actually worked 24 hours she calls Sarah her recruiter. Apparently the company she worked for didn't approve the 24 hours that she worked. The reason was they said that they don't pay for lunches even though they asked her to work thru her lunch to finish up a project and was never told that she was not being payed. When she called her recruiter all she got was attitude. Basically told her that she was screwed and she would have to forget about her money. Its not like its a lot of money ($27 to be exact), but the point is that when you work for a staffing service you deserve a little respect and you should not have to worry about if your going to get paid or not!
