I will certainly be letting EVERYONE that I know to stay AWAY from this establishment. This lady had NO idea what Customer Service is. If only we had read these reviews before ordering, we would have never EVER given her business. #1- she is overpriced. #2- SHe is RUDE. God for bid you go in to pick up your bridesmaids dress without and APPOINTMENT- she will bite your head off. #3- SHE ORDERED THE WRONG DRESSES!!! We placed the order months away from the wedding, came in wrong SIZES AND COLOR! It is now a WEEK before the wedding, they are STILL not in. Leaving NO time for out of town maids to pick it up AND get it altered. When we suggested she ship them to us- she says sure. T hen tells us shipping will be ON US?! and that she has already gone ""above and beyond and been MORE then generous by paying for 2 dresses already?!"" she made the mistake herself, therefore not doing US any favors. and secondly she is not giving us the dresses- we are PAYING for them. STAY AWAY!!!!! I have not heard one good thing about this ""BOUTIQUE""- she will be out of business shortly. Brides certainly do NOT need this extra stress.
