Blue Surf was contracted to fix my pool. When the pump shuts off, the spa drains into the pool. They are nice people but they simply couldn't fix the problem. Rather than admit that they couldn't fix it, they simply stopped returning phone calls from me and the contractor.
Pros: They seemed like very nice people.
Cons: They couldn't do the contracted work and then wouldn't return phone calls.
