This Day Spa has an absolute gorgeous decor however, the decor does NOT speak for the receptionists that works at Alexander's. I have had several bad experiences with the MANAGER and some of the front desk employees'....they have been rude and obnoxious to me on several different occasions. Being rude while trying to schedule an appointment just doesn't settle well with me especially when I am the one who is paying the company for their ""beauty and wellness"". Therefore, I will not go back there again!
