I had just the opposite experience as the previous reviewer had. Took in my microwave which was not working at all. Paid $35 for diagnostic evaluation (hey, nobody works for free), and was told someone would call the next day with the results. As promised, they called the next morning said the problem was a fuse holder had burned out and the total cost for repair was $56.61. The $35 already paid was deducted so the total amount due was $21.61. I was able to pick it up that day.
