Delightful, memorable meals in a warm, fun atmosphere!

From 2000 miles away my mouth waters thinking about the many meals I shared at Greek Islands. Faves include the tzatziki and vegetable dishes, along with the flaming cheese, a delight each time to see and savor. Many of those meals were shared with my mother, Diane, on my annual pilgrimages to Chicago, beginning in my college days, spreading wings out into the world, in all seasons, trudging through the snow, or heat of summer, and throughout life. And in Diane's winter years, even with failing health, we could always count on a good meal and warm greeting from the staff at Greek Islands. My mother is gone now, but the memories of our meals together remain. It was our ritual, our treat, and our legacy. Thank you, Greek Islands, on behalf of my mother Diane, and myself.
