I had to board by two cats for 9 days while we were on vacation. The staff could not have been friendlier, and the facility was outstanding. My cats were in a ""kitty condo"", and had areas where they could play and strech out. I completely disagree with the bulldog owners comments, and feel that this is an excellent place to board you pets. It is the only facility in the Denver Metro area where each dog run is indoor/outdoor so your pet can be inside or outside has it choses. As for the drop-off, pick-up policy, you will not find anything different at any other boarding facility in Denver. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.
