Fifteen years ago, I sustained moderate injury to one of my knees that ultimately varied my level of participation in extracurricular activities. I've received numerous pieces of advice and have had a number of professionals evaluate my condition. Action Reaction (AR) was recommended to me by a friend and former client. My goal, though, was to test them without offering too much information on my history (not necessarily recommended). But AR far exceeded my expectations by promptly (and accurately) diagnosing my problem and structuring a program and schedule to not only return my knee to adequate health but also to promote its continued health and strength.
