This really is the worst manicure place ever. I had even read the other reviews here about how they try to trick you into paying more money than they say up front. Oh my gosh, do they! Outside, on the storefront window, it says $25 Manicure/Pedicure in HUGE lettering. I walk in, and say that I want a manicure-pedicure. The girl says, ""$25""? I say, ""Yes, $25 manicure-pedicure."" They lead me to a chair. I get the pedicure and manicure. They take my card and bring the receipt back for me to sign - $35 charged to my card!!! Then the manager claims that they told me it was $35 for the pedicure in the ""special chair,"" but I must not have understood because the girls don't speak English very well, she's very sorry but she does not know how to credit the charge. Ten minutes and a loud scene later, she gave me the appropriate amount of cash back. By then, I was angry and cranky. Stay away from this place!!!
Pros: Sureit's cheap enough.
Cons: No one seems to speak or understand English at alland they're going to try to charge you more when you're not looking. Ask them not to clip your cuticles? They'll clip them anyway. Customer service? Nonexistent.
