This theater needs to be torn down for the following reasons: 1) it's dreary 2) no stadium seating 3) floors so sticky you'd think they were made from cotton candy (spun into a floor-like substance by Rapunzel herself). In its place, they should build either 1) a better theater 2) a cotton candy factory 3) some sort of memorial for all the theater-goers who became depressed as a result of the theater's dreariness.
