Seems to only be a friendly environment for older folks. If your young, single and are looking for a hip place to live, this isn't it. I wish my lease was up so I could move into a place where I would actually have something in common with my neighbors. I've been harassed by some when it really wasn't approriate or needed. And just because I'm a young adult.
Pros: gets to your repairs quick
Cons: rude, not friendly, atmosphere
