I had an appointment and was seen 30 minutes late, only to have the Dr. levae twice during the appointment to see other people! I got new lenses and they are the wrong script, so I called the office and the front desk was rude and surly to me. They said they would call me back. Low and behold nobody ever did and I ended up calling them back. I am trying to ascertain how I can actually get the right script and get my money back from them so I can see an eye doctor that will get it right! more
