Best Pasta, Best Service, Best Restaurant in NY

I took my b/f of 4 years here for his birthday. It was beautiful. Everything from the food to the service was incredible. All I had to do was raise my hand and a waiter was there to serve us. The food was fantastic and worth every penny, I had the house special..yummy pasta and he had a wonderful large NY steak, it was the best of the best. Even if you don't order desert, there are these little nibblets that come out for you to snack on. I would definetly go back just to eat at this restaurant again.
Pros: Fast Service, professional Staff, great chef...wonderful food
Cons: Go there to spend money...It's worth the price
