I haven't found many Japanese steakhouses in the Boston area. Bisuteki was average as far as Japanese steakhouses go. I had the filet, which was the special of the day, and it was good. Despite making a reservation, we had to wait until there was a group that could fit with us at a table. The vegetables were pretty salty, and there weren't any optional sauces available (like a hollandaise style sauce for my beef). The entrees for our table were ready at different times, which was odd, and a little awkward. The waitress didn't refill our drinks or bring us silverware, although we could luckily all eat with chopsticks; the reat of our table wasn't as lucky. It's pricey for what it is, but if you're in the mood for Japanese steakhoues your options are limited.
Pros: Covered free parking, feastlike portions
Cons: Salty, poor service, pushy hostess
