The website misrepresented their club and they ripped me off.

I came to use the watersports. I was particularly looking forward to windsurfing which they advertised on their website. When I got there I found out that all the windsurfers were broken and they made no attempt the entire season to fix or replace them. Customer service was unresponsive and did not provide compensation for this lack of service. I was also looking forward to wakeboarding. The problem is that they have a small lake with a ski boat that lacks the wakeboard towers and because of limited capacity I was only given a 10 minute slot each day which amounted to less than eight minutes. Because of the ski boat the center of the lake was off limits to others which made it very difficult to sail. This was also a problem using the kayaks because the lake has a lot of disgusting weeds and the paddle keeps scooping them up. The actual hours that the waterfront is open was also considerably less than what is posted on the sample schedule. The cabin was small and rustic and did not have hot water most of the time. It was also cold the weekend I went. Bring a sweater and jacket if you go. Most of the other activities were also in limited capacity. The trapeze(which was the only place I encountered friendly staff) was fun but if you want to do it you have to get in line early. The bungy trampolene was fun but only open a few hours and open to what they called staff the rest of the time it was used. I went rock climbing, but the courses were too easy and in my opinion unsafely rigged. They also left us to get back by themselves. In my opinion the food was good(but many others disagreed), but dinner was too late. Both nights I didn't get to eat until 9:30PM when I wasn't hungry anymore. I do not recommend club getaway to anyone. Pros: Lunches were good. Trapeze staff were nice. Cons: Everything else.
