I will never leave my dog with Bryerlane again. Not only was the owner rude, but not even a "thank you" was offered upon the retrieval of my pet.
Also, my dog has never shown aggression toward anyone, ever. Since she has gotten home, she has been fearful of unfamiliar men...a behavior I attribute to mistreatment at the "resort."
Further, the owner's unwillingness to work around our travel schedule was a hassle. Clearly, Bryerlane thinks they offering a favor to their customers by watching the pets. It seems they have forgotten that customers are paying for a service to care for an important part their family.
There are many kennels in the area. Stay away from Bryerlane and find a good one that will appreciate your pet and your business.
