I really enjoyed my meal at Lola -- for both the food and the service. The potatoes may be the best I have ever had! A cross between smashed, baked & fried they are a garlic lovers dream and even tastier when dipped in the tangy tzatziki. The dessert may also be one of my all-time favorites: warm little pillows filled with sweet goat cheese and topped with honey and pistachios! Mmm! The shwarma was not good: really dry and stringy. The eggplant kebab was bad and tasted like it was from the Safeway deli case: we couldnt finish it. But the pork and prawns kebabs were great.
