Best breakfast in Santa Fe

Wow! I was told by friends this was a breakfast "must," and they were right. The trout hash with poached eggs that my husband ordered was heavenly. They will make a half order for half-price plus $1, so I ordered a half-portion of the chorizo egg burrito. It was still large enough for 2 to share; spicy, flavorful and a good buy. We ate here our last morning in Santa Fe; had I known how good it was, I would have eaten here every morning!
