I have received excellent service from TCT. I have been with them for 10yrs now with different vehicles I own, and they have always been thorough with the job, and I always could get a question answered if I needed one. Their prices are competitive with other transmission shops, but their lifetime warranty is the BEST of all. When you take a vehicle in to have work done- you cant blame the shop if something else ends up a problem later. You went to a transmission shop because you and your husband obviously knew you had a transmission problem otherwise you would have gone to a general automotive shop if you felt that there was some other problem, right- get it transmission shop they do transmissions, that was your complaint that's why you took it there. Oh and come on, let's be real, why is it their job to remove the face plate on your radio, you own the vehicle take the responsibilty on that(please). You're lucky they attempted to do that, some places could care less if your radio gets taken, you need to be thankful and stop your complaining, are you always this unhappy and have to finds things to complain about when it comes to businesses or is this what makes you happy. Transmissions are not an easy job either, so next time if a week is too long to fix your vehicle, do it yourself! Have a Happy Day.
