I love J Crew, but the people (even the manager) were horrible. I was there a half an hour before closing and I was not acknowledged at all. I walked past a few people putting new items out and they did not even smile at me. The only reason I did not give them less than a 2 is because the girl that rang up the merchandise was very nice. I will never go to this J. Crew again as long as I live and do not reccomend it to anyone else.
