I've been going to Philip Pelusi in Monroeville mall for about a year now. I go to school in NY so I go when I come home on breaks. I've never had trouble getting an appointment however I'll go to any of the stylists (I always ask for the cheaper ones). I've never had the same stylus twice, but all the ones I've had give really nice, even cuts. I don't color my hair so I can't comment on the coloring services. The last girl I had took a long time to cut my hair, but she was new and I could tell she wanted to do a nice job on it.\r

My only complaint about this salon is that they are never on time. The longest I've waited was 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment for a hair cut. Luckily I had nothing better to do and if it is going to be a while they'll tell you to go roam the mall and come back. They do push products on you, but I find it easy to say no. \r

Overall this is a great salon, a little pricey, but they give nice cuts and are very willing to work with you. I always get complements on my hair cuts from this salon.
