I can't believe other people don't know about Sai's. It's on the north end of the Financial District at Sansome and Washington. And it's just really great, inexpensive food. Nothing fancy about it, but it's a great lunch spot.
Pros: good food, fast turnaround for tables, cheap
Cons: crowded at lunch time
