I am getting married and had several appointments set up with several cakes shops around town, one being pollys. i confirmed for sure that I wanted to go with a different cake company the day before I was to meet with Polly. When I called to tell her, she was SO rude. She spoke to me like I was a 5-year-old explaining that she is busy and I should have let her know earlier. I let her know when i knew!!! It's not rare that people try several different places and eventually decide to go with one.
Cons: rude and pretentious
