Someone from here called me to get a correct address, then yelled at me and told me how it would cost her money to send someone back out, as if I ordered flowers for myself! She then hung up on me. When I called back to find out more information, someone else there hung up when I asked who placed the order. I then called back a 3rd time to find out who placed the order, so I could let them know about the situation and she said she was cancelling the order and sending it to another florist and then of course, hung up on me again!! Horrible!
