I bought $10,000.00 worth of appliances here. My six week old Maytag refrigerator has four things wrong with it. The repairman came out to fix the ice maker and now instead of making big gigantic chunks of ice it does nothing. Snow Bros refuses to take the refrigerator back. I explained that I am not interested in keeping this refrigerator since Maytag says that to fix my problem with freezing lemons I should store them in the fruit compartment in Ziploc frozen bags. I heard a bad recommendation from someone else about Snow Bros and I disregarded it, I should have paid more attention. William Kent of Snow Bros says that they never take appliances back or else they would have a warehouse full of bad appliances. I said that I wish they would have told me that before I bought. Go to Home Depot or Lowes. Snow Bros was not interested in my concerns once they had my money. They local store spiel is all an act.
