Ordered a futon on Friday, was promised delivery on Tuesday but no one showed up and no one called because they simply forgot to process my paperwork. Rescheduled for Wednesday, called to confirm delivery twice, same thing - waited 3 hours and no delivery. Called the next day to find out mattress was not even ordered. Rescheduled again and eventaully received the futon. Also know that Futon Warehouse uses an unaffiliated shipping company whose service is excellent. Its the main office that's no good - requires constant "handholding" and calls to ensure mediocre service. Don't let the show room fool you! Go elsewhere!
