Off the beaten path in Richmond, this cozy family run Burmese restaurant has managed to create quite the following. They do not take reservations, so upon arriving at 7:45 we had to write our name on a dangling clipboard with instructions from the waitress to go get a drink and wait for her to call us. An hour later, starving, we were finally seated. The wait was worth it!! The 20 ingredient salad was the best thing we tried with the fiery Tofu and Chicken in 2nd place. The ambiance is very causal, authentic with no frills, and the price is reflected (entree's around $8-$10). The service was super quick and very pleasant. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends tired of eating a over-priced pan-Asian restaurants in the marina PROS: price, food, authenticity CONS: wait, not good for big groups, small
