Chicken is the best bet

Yes the chicken is worth the wait, everything is right about it. The flavor of a wood-oven, the balance of the bread salad. The whole dish is a perfection. The rest of the menu is good but not outstanding. Desserts are very tasty but disappoint me by their simplicity.
My 3 visits show the consistency of that dish too (except the baby mustard was replaced by another kind of baby salad, maybe arugula)
Pros: Good chicken
Cons: The rest of the menu not outstanding
