The service at this restaurant prompted me to write a review - it was the WORST I have ever experienced. $160 for dinner (for 2), food was served cold and took 45 minutes to be delivered to our table by our rude waitress (took longer than that to even get her attention to order). I watched as they dusted off the table linens from the last guest before seating new guests - GROSS. The only thing this restaurant has going for it is the view. I would not recommend eating there - you can enjoy the view by having a drink in the bar - instead of wasting your money on a bad meal with bad service. We emailed the manager Horst requesting a partial refund for the uncooked, cold steak they served us - and only received excuses "we were busy that night with regulars". I can understand a busy night - but to get this type of response from the manager indicates how this restaurant feels about customer satisfaction - THEY DO NOT CARE! There are MANY much nicer restaurants in Carmel for these prices! Pros: View Cons: Everything Else more
