This Banifield closed down and the last few weeks they were operating the vet was missing... on vacation... sick... so we spent like 3 weeks trying to come. Then, they were only open for weekend hours... well I work on the weekend and when I agreed to pay 30/month with them they had weekday hours. I tried to be transfered to another Banifield but in order to do that I would have to restart my contract with them... it was ridiculuous. The "Banifield manager of Austin" who I forget her name was really not helpful and she had an attitude... as if I'm expected to know their policies. She would say things like "that is what I was trying to explain to you if you had just listened"... when in reality all I wanted was corporates number to make a formal complaint.
