First, they lost several large pieces of furniture and boxes during the move. After weeks of saying they would find the lost items and not finding them or returning my calls, they finally agreed to send me a claims form. I filled this out and waited. No response. Started making weekly calls to check on the status of the claim. Every time I called I had to re-explain the problem from the beginning even though I almost always talked to the same person. They finally agreed to settle the claim but after several months and multiple phone calls I still have not received my claim money. Every time it is a different excuse. Do not use this moving company!!! more
