Best sushi I've ever had!

Let's start by saying that sushi is my favorite food. I've eaten at many different sushi restaurants, from little dive sushi bars, to extremely suave restaurants. Nishino is the best, by a long shot! Masa, my favorite sushi chef, makes the most delicious creations! Beware, though, if you order Omikase (literally means "trust" in Japanese) be prepared to be shocked! Don't order this way unless you really, really love everything there is to sushi. Masa has a way with food, that's for sure! I've never enjoyed sushi more than I do when I'm seated at the bar awaiting Masa's next creation! The service here is excellent, the green tea has amazing flavor! If you order Sake, it is served in beautiful bamboo carafes that are frosted on the outside! Amazing presentation. Mr. Nishino himself can be seen re-filling water, clearing tables, or mingling with frequent guests (and new ones, too!) I highly recommend Nishino with all my heart, and will continue to frequent the best sushi in Seattle!
Pros: Food is perfect, chefs are amazing, service is incredible!
Cons: Some people would say parking, but I've always managed to find a spot!
