While the stylist was very nice, my hair was damaged badly in an attempt to relax it. I was told that there would be no problem, but I knew something was wrong when the stylist and another started talking in Japanese and pulling at my hair. I wasn't charged for the relaxer, but had to return another day to do a protein treatment. I paid for that, but the effects turned out to be incredibly temporary. I would seriously advise against getting any relaxers here. My hair is in real trouble. I've had Japanese thermal reconditioning done in the past with fantastic results. This is one mega disaster that almost warrants a shaving of the head. I'm really upset and angry.
