All was well until it came time to pay for the goods. Because of Sales reps lack of knowledge in multiplication he tried to over charge me for something I didn't order in the first place. Not only did the sales rep not know how to do basic multiplication, but he insisted on blaming me for actions I did not even take. Luckily his manager was courteous and more experieneced in handling these types of situations. Even after everything was resolved the sales rep continued to act unprofessional towards me because of his mistake. As I still plan to do business with this company, I do hope things get straightened up over there.
Pros: Had the product I was looking for (vinyl sheets)
Cons: Being over charged and then blamed for.
