I have tried to use this shop 3 times in the past year for fairly common repairs (broken heel, worn heel tip, etc.) Each time I've taken shoes in there, I have been waved off by the clerk. I was told the broken heel couldn't be fixed because it would be unstable. The worn heel couldn't be fixed because they said I waited too long & the nail was imbedded in the heel tip. Both of these shoes were fixed in an efficient manner without any hassle by another cobbler.
